Person with Significant Control (PSC) Service Address
If you are listed at Companies House as a Person with Significant Control (PSC) of a company, your details on the public register include a service address for official correspondence.
Our PSC Service Address allows an individual PSC to use one of our business addresses as their correspondence address at Companies House, rather than using their home address or another personal address.
This service is intended particularly for individuals who do not already have a Director’s Service Address facility with us, but who are separately recorded at Companies House as a Person with Significant Control.
Using our address as your PSC service address can help keep your personal address separate from your public Companies House record and provides a professional UK correspondence address for your PSC appointment.
What this service includes
The service permits one named individual to use our address as their PSC Service Address for one company at Companies House.
The fee is charged annually, per individual, per company.
For example, if the same individual is registered as a PSC of three different companies, three PSC Service Address facilities are required.
Similarly, if a company has two individual PSCs who both wish to use our address, a separate service is required for each person.
Important: this is an address-only service
This product provides permission to use our address as your PSC correspondence/service address at Companies House.
It does not include general mail forwarding, business mail handling or personal mail forwarding.
If you require mail addressed to you to be received and forwarded, scanned or otherwise handled, you will also need to purchase the appropriate Mail Forwarding, Virtual Office or other applicable service.
Where statutory correspondence from Companies House or HMRC is covered by another service you hold with us, that service will operate in accordance with its own terms and service description.
Already using our Director’s Service Address?
If you already have an active Director’s Service Address facility with us for the same individual and company, you may not need to purchase this additional PSC service, depending on the service you already hold.

Identification: ID is required in line with our Terms & Conditions, Companies House ACSP requirements and the UK Money Laundering Regulations. ID is collected and processed by our approved partner TrustID.
